•  Be Visionary but Practical - dream big but be realistic. A big vision is nothing without a plan that includes real, actionable steps.
•  Production First, Always - don’t chase trends, focus on the product. Make a product so good that people can’t help but talk about it. Focus on making a great product that will sell itself.
•  Take Calculated Risks, Learn from Failure - stick to the vision no matter how many times you lose.
•  Challenge the Status Quo - question everything, don’t follow the herd. Be Bold. Challenge the norms - don’t accept answers that doesn’t work for you. Break it down and find a solution.
•  Hire the Best, Lead the Rest - no one builds alone. Surround yourself with talent smarter than you.  Empower the team to execute bold ideas - don’t create just “another product.”
•  Relentless Obsession with Quality - good enough is never good enough. Obsess on detail and quality to set your business apart from the rest.
