Inclusive Leadership: The Core of a Champion

Inclusive Leadership is an experiential, ground-breaking leadership, diversity and inclusion class that includes two imperatives for success in an organization in 2021: 1) a highly interconnected and trustworthy team who can and will overcome stress, adversity, and challenges together in this uncertain and complex environment, and 2) achieve personal transformation in the areas of diversity, bias, equity, and inclusion, which will not only make them inclusive leaders, but whole persons capable of bringing the marginalized into existence.
